Genre Benders is a blog for fiction writers who have not quite broken in to the professional markets or who have maybe waded in a few feet but have yet to jump in with a novel sale. We hope to be a sounding board and a bit of a support system for writers who are trying to become authors.

As our name implies, we don’t care what genre you write in, just tell us about your writing experiences. If you want to join and be able to post to our blog, we don’t need to see your union card and you don’t have to prove your lack of sales. Anyone can join this group, just email the administrator and tell him you want in on the action. (ken.mcconnell at gmail.com)

We don’t require that you post on a regular basis, but its more fun for everyone if you do. If all you want to do is comment on the posts, have at it. Lurkers are appreciated!
